How does NFS pay contractors?

Contractors are paid electronically, typically within one week of verified service completion and invoice submission through Service Tracker.

How are work orders issued to contractors?

NFS issues all work orders through its proprietary Service Tracker system. Each order includes: 

  • Filter sizes and quantities per unit 

  • Service notes for each location 

  • Site-specific safety or access details

What equipment do contractors need?

NFS provides filters and required materials. Contractors must supply their own tools, ladders, and mobile devices for barcode scanning and service verification.

Is training provided?

Yes. NFS offers digital onboarding and field training to ensure proper use of the Service Tracker system, scan compliance, and filter installation standards.

Can contractors take on additional service territories?

Yes. Contractors who maintain consistent scan compliance and quality performance are eligible for expanded regional assignments.

How is contractor performance measured?

NFS tracks completion rates, timeliness, and scan accuracy within the Service Tracker system. Regular performance reviews ensure consistent, verified quality at every client site.

Who manages client communication?

All client communication flows through NFS headquarters. Contractors focus exclusively on service execution and barcode verification. NFS is in Fork Union, VA and staffed by tenured employees.
