Chris Fairchild
Founder
NFS CEO
In 1991, Chris founded NFS as a local filter service company based out of Union Fork, VA. Through hands-on experience in those early years and a realizing the need for a national footprint, he developed the model that became the first national HVAC air filter service company in the USA, now servicing thousands of properties from coast to coast. Today, Chris continues to apply those same principles, shaping the long-term vision and leading NFS into the future.

Rebecca Coates
Director of Finance
In 2003, Rebecca brought to NFS a strong background in managing both Accounts payable and Accounts Receivable. Today, as a member of the leadership team, she oversees all accounting practices at NFS, working closely with both customers and vendors.

Jennifer Sebastian
Director of Operations
Since joining NFS in 2015, Jennifer has led the logistics and field operations for thousands of customer locations nationwide. She plays a central role in the use and development of NFS’s proprietary Service Tracker barcode system, which creates an unforgeable electronic signature from every service point.

Mark Bozich
CMO, Sales
Mark comes to NFS with a 30-year history of scaling products, distribution, and services. As CMO, Mark leads the company’s marketing, growth strategy, digital communications, and partnership development, focusing on expanding reach, strengthening customer engagement, and supporting sales across all channels.
