Chris Fairchild
President/CEO
In 1991, Chris founded NFS. A few years after founding NFS he helped to develop the first
self performing, national HVAC preventive maintenance company in the US. Eight years later he
led the acquisition of that company, branding the services under NFS. Today he serves as President,
ensuring the lessons learned while developing the national air filter service concept remain
intact and creating the vision of where the company and industry will go in the future. He has
negotiated services for and overseen performance at more than twenty five thousand retail and
industrial locations in every state of the US.

Brenda Rigsby
Vice President
In 2000, Brenda joined NFS as Controller. With her leadership skills and attention to
all aspects of the business, it became clear that all departments of the company would
benefit by her strong financial, operational and management skills and background. In
2004, Brenda assumed the title of Vice President.

Mac McCormick
Warehouse and Fleet Manager
Having managed warehouse and distribution departments for major distribution companies, Mac joined
NFS in 2003 and today manages, along with his staff, all NFS distribution center warehouse responsibilities
involved in outbound and inbound routing, ordering and fleet management. Mac's management scope includes
thousands of routes, thousands of incoming and outgoing shipments and a national fleet of vehicles
ranging from pick ups to diesel trucks.

Fred Rollins
Systems Administrator
Fred joined NFS in order to design and oversee the transition of NFS from a paper based company to
a technology based company. Today, Fred and his staff manage all aspects of NFS technology including
IT/Data Processing, route/store integrity and GPS/electronic work verification.

Rebecca Coates
Accounting Manager
Bringing to NFS an extensive background in managing both accounts receivable and accounts payable
departments, Rebecca oversees all NFS accounting practices, working closely with both NFS customers
and vendors.

Cheryl Cook
Human Resources Manager
Cheryl joined NFS in 2007 with proven expertise in personnel development, policy and procedure, retention approaches, legal compliance issues and managerial support. With her comprehensive knowledge of employment law and federal regulations she manages all NFS employee policies, insurance, record keeping and payroll.

Kim Cook
Hiring Coordinator
Kim joined NFS in 2010 and coordinates the selection process to hire qualified employees for our many depots across the country. With a real estate background, Kim is proficient in developing creative and innovative recruitment solutions. She screens and interviews candidates to determine if their skills and qualifications meet the requirements of the job. Her goal is to recruit employees that will have high job satisfaction and superb productivity.

Lauren Bingler
Service Manager
As the newest addition to the NFS team, Lauren supervises our team of Service Technicians. She has established and continues to maintain customer satisfaction while ensuring a safe and productive operation through proper implementation and administration of company policies and procedures. Lauren's extensive recruiting background at her alma mater, Longwood University, enables her to work closely with our Hiring Coordinator to maintain and develop staff. Lauren also works to ensure the completion of all national service routes and timely service to our valued clients.

Missy Perkins
Routing Coordinator
Missy came to NFS in 2004 as a routing assistant after leaving a large distributing company. Since late 2005, she has been responsible for data management for our customers in all regions as well as the coordination and production of the routes for our distribution centers in our Central and Western regions.

Jenny Bryan
Receptionist
Jenny joined National Filter Service in 2010. With high attention to detail, Jenny offers support to the office, warehouse and our nationwide team of technicians. Jenny works as the liaison between our insurance broker and our customers, ensuring all insurance needs are met in a timely fashion. Along with providing administrative support in our fast-paced environment, Jenny provides assistance in making sales calls and providing information to prospective employees.
