Chris Fairchild
President/CEO
In 1991, Chris founded NFS. A few years after founding NFS he helped to develop the first
self performing, national HVAC preventive maintenance company in the US. Eight years later he
led the acquisition of that company, branding the services under NFS. Today he serves as President,
ensuring the lessons learned while developing the national air filter service concept remain
intact and creating the vision of where the company and industry will go in the future. He has
negotiated services for and overseen performance at more than twenty five thousand retail and
industrial locations in every state of the US.

Brenda Rigsby
Vice President
In 2000, Brenda joined NFS as Controller. With her leadership skills and attention to
all aspects of the business, it became clear that all departments of the company would
benefit by her strong financial, operational and management skills and background. In
2004, Brenda assumed the title of Vice President.

Darrin Short
Quality Control Manager
Since 1994, Darrin has created the standard of what NFS' customers should expect and what
NFS' technicians will deliver. Starting with their first day in NFS' service training class,
Darrin not only trains technicians on service procedures but ensures their quality performance
by managing route QC programs.

Rachel Brown
Human Resources Manager
Rachel came to NFS from the medical industry where as a department head she managed insurance
documentation and filings. Utilizing her insurance background, attention to detail and education in
Human Resources, today Rachel manages all NFS employee policies, insurance, record keeping and payroll.

Mac McCormick
Warehouse and Fleet Manager
Having managed warehouse and distribution departments for major distribution companies, Mac joined
NFS in 2003 and today manages, along with his staff, all NFS distribution center warehouse responsibilities
involved in outbound and inbound routing, ordering and fleet management. Mac's management scope includes
thousands of routes, thousands of incoming and outgoing shipments and a national fleet of vehicles
ranging from pick ups to diesel trucks.

Fred Rollins
Systems Administrator
Fred joined NFS in order to design and oversee the transition of NFS from a paper based company to
a technology based company. Today, Fred and his staff manage all aspects of NFS technology including
IT/Data Processing, route/store integrity and GPS/electronic work verification.

Rebecca Coates
Accounting Manager
Bringing to NFS an extensive background in managing both accounts receivable and accounts payable
departments, Rebecca oversees all NFS accounting practices, working closely with both NFS customers
and vendors.
